DSi Professionals was established mid-2018 after their collective group of founders decided to create a boutique professional services company, focused on a true client partnership model. The DSi Professionals core team members have been working together on dozens of projects and programs for over 15 years across many industries and for well-known consulting companies.
This comradery has been one of the driving forces in DSi’s success as a high performing team. The positivity and trust created with clients as part of their extended team, creates an honest and positive environment. Our approach is always to become the “Trusted Advisor” and work with our clients as a partner to foster stronger relationships.
The projects that DSi and our core team have worked on cover various versions of Dynamics from Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, GP, NAV and AX. We have worked across the Microsoft stack in Azure, Office365, Active Directory, Big Data, Power BI, SharePoint and Azure Sentinel.
DSi have also managed large Transformation programs that encompass full stack technologies, digital automation, global business intelligence platforms adhering to GDPR and data sovereignty requirements and organisational capability changes and uplift.

MEET THE DIRECTORS
NATHAN IERANO
Director and Co-founder
Nathan is a customer focused, people leader and technology professional with a background in Delivery, Consulting and Professional Services. He has a passion for discovering emerging technologies and helping businesses align their strategies to Fit-for-Purpose solutions and with technology as the enabler, supporting their business transformations.
As a Co-founder of DSi Professionals, Nathan was instrumental in building the delivery mechanisms and operational support models for the business while innovating new delivery methods in the DSi Professionals PM, BA and PMO As-A-Service models. A key focus for DSi Professionals is Nathan’s ability to mentor and coach junior staff and as a result, DSi Professionals have created the Youth Development Program to enable a smoother transition for young people into the Technology and Project domain.
GARETH SHAW
Director of Sales
Gareth is the Director of Sales at DSi and has many years’ experience in business development, account management and building high performing teams in business transformation, digital technology, and business services both here in Australia and the UK. Initially working in high technology, engineering, and executive recruitment in London, over the last 10 years he has worked extensively in professional services specialising in business and technology project services.
He has developed and managed business across major initiatives in banking and financial services, medical devices, healthcare, digital media, government, and industrial organisations: and now specialises in growing SMEs and taking them on a journey from start up to established enterprises with high levels of IP, market share and business capability.
Gareth is very interested in international business and is passionate about exporting Australian expertise to markets overseas.
DAVID "DJ" JACKSON
Director and Co-founder
David is proudly Group Managing Director of 3 AFR Fast Starter companies that are part of the S-Core Group of companies, Web3 experts; S2M Digital Recruitment, DSi Professionals and ASR Recruitment a rapidly growing generalist recruitment firm based in Newcastle. He is also the Founder of Beneficial Beer Co.
He is a serial entrepreneur, an avid crypto analyst, and an angel investor to early-stage businesses in Australia, Asia, and the USA, and has over 28 years of experience founding and mentoring successful start-ups across Australia, Asia, and the United States.
David is a true business visionary who is well renowned for his energy, passion, drive, and ability to think outside the box.

David has over 28 years of management experience in brewing, technology, finance, executive search, talent management, PR, sales, and revenue generation.
SAMANTHA WATTS
Non Executive Director and Co-Founder
Samantha is a Founding non-Executive Director of DSi Professionals and a highly respected Digital Executive Recruiter within the Australian marketplace. She launched her business, S2M, as Founding Director in 2005 and continues to partner with leading businesses and brands in providing them with exceptional executive staffing solutions. Along with Sam’s expertise in Sales and Marketing, her high levels of service, transparency and integrity are second to none.
